This is certainly a concern for me. It hurts my feelings when I have a
traditional Estonian cold meal of boiled potatos, head cheese, and
marinated
sprats (the tinned kind where you have to de-tail, behead, eviscerate, and
de-spine them), perhaps with sour cream and a side of raw garlic, and
Anglo
friends go "Ewwwww".
