Please show me which Texan law allows to use deadly force for
trespassing alone during the day.

Trespassing is not an act of violence necessarily.   It involves only
the uninvited physical presence of a person on your land.

I'll say it again.  There is no evidence that the thieves threatened
or offered violence to Horn.  Stepping on his lawn ON THE WAY OUT to
the street is in fact the opposite of an attack in which a perp fast
approaches brandi****ng a weapon.

For trespassing to be a threat there has to be other elements present
that were not present in Horn's case.

It's time you admit that Horn didn't go our to repel intruders, he
went out because they were getting away.

It just so happened that when he went out the thieves crossed his
lawn, which Horn's lawyer construed into an assault, for obvious
reasons for his client was in dire need of an excuse for blowing two
people away for no good reason.
