Early America, ***, Marriage, family #1

by buckeye-elo@[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sep 24, 2006 at 06:54 AM

PART I
EARLY AMERICA
***, MARRIAGE, CHILDREN, GAYS, LESBIANS, BOYS AS GIRLS, ABORTION,
BREECHING, FAMILY AND OTHER MYTHS

Over the next few days I am going to be posting a series of posts under
the
title Early America, ***, Marriage, family.

For those who bother to read them I think they are going to be a bit
surprised. There will be a variety of sources used.

The purpose of these posts will be to inform and to educate.
Since so much of the Radical Religious Right use buzzwords such as the
family, family values, traditional family values, the sanctity of
marriage,
place such im****tance on children or at least say they do, and are so
anti
gays lesbians this information will be a great source to counter much of
that.

Hope you enjoy and maybe learn something too

Each title will be it's own thread separated by #1, #2, #3 etc.
That will make, replies comments, discussions easier.

.. . . You can't understand a phrase such as "Congress shall make no law
respecting an establishment of religion" by syllogistic reasoning. Words
take their meaning from social as well as textual contexts, which is why
"a
page of history is worth a volume of logic." New York Trust Co. v.
Eisner,

USAF LT. COL (Ret) Buffman (Glen P. Goffin) wrote

"You pilot always into an unknown future;
facts are your only clue. Get the facts!"

That philosophy 'snipit' helped to get me, and my crew, through a good
many combat missions and far too many scary, inflight, emergencies.

It has also played a significant role in helping me to expose the
plethora of radical Christian propaganda and lies that we find at
almost every media turn.
