I'm looking for a book and can't find it anwhere. I'm a good searcher,
so I think I must have the title and/or author wrong. I'm hoping
someone in this group might know what it is and help me find the right
title or author. Maybe it's an article in an old periodical? Any
ideas?
What I looked for was "Hollywood Kept Me in Stitches" by Earl Luick.
Luick was a Hollywood costume designer from the golden age, and worked
on a lot of movies such as The Maltese Falcon, and many more. Maybe a
co-author was Moore? I looked through AddAll, AbeBooks, ILAB, and the
Library of Congress. No luck.
