I posted some time ago that I think I know who in ANTR some think is Mr. 
Connery. There's a close-up of a guy with heavy eyebrows sitting in a 
lifeboat who resembles the famous 007 actor. I think it's definitely NOT 
him.

Actors in common to at least one movie in the 007 series and ANTR 
include, of course, Honor Blackman, Lawrence Naismith, and the 
uncredited (in ANTR) Desmond Llewellyn (007's "Q").
