Considering that Gore got more popular votes than Bush, and that a cloud
of
doubt still hangs over the Electoral College vote for Bush, and
considering
that Gore will have a far better legacy than Bush for his work OUT of
office than Bush has IN office, I'd say that Gore is doing just fine and
Bush will go down in history as a huge failure.
