Quick answer: NO.  There is no cabal of "atheists" that get together and
decide what they must believe, and then put sinister plots in effect to
enforce their decisions.  "Atheism" isn't a religion.  It's a decision or
belief by some people who don't believe in God or gods.  It's not a
shadowy
organization out to denigrate the Bible or any other book.  It is mostly
individual people who have found the evidence for God or gods unconvincing
or nonexistent.

Your examples have all been adequately explained without having to resort
to
special conditions or miracles.  These explanations don't prove that
miracles didn't take place.  If you want miracles, you can still have
them. 
However, you can't prove that they took place.  You'll have to take it on
faith.
