ends and the Ukraine begins is rather more im****tant if they are
separate states than if Poland is directly incor****ating the Ukraine.
Could we get a Poland slightly _smaller_ than OTL? (Lwow, however, is
almost certainly staying Polish).
This might make for a more stable situation with respect to the USSR -
a Russian invasion is an annexation of an independent nation, not a
"border rectification", and therefore harder to justify abroad. OTOH,
they still have Soviet Ukraine, yearning for unity with the Ukranian
peoples groaning under the tyranny of Warsaw's puppets, or words to
that effect.
