Having been largely inactive for a while, I'm trying to post at least
one idea per day, but time presses and I can't think of anything very
good, so I'll just throw out an AH challenge.
With a POD after 1917, get an independent Armenia and Georgia to last
at least until the 1930's. Azerbaijan is optional. Working Caucusus
federation? More British involvement? US involvement?
