Do you mean, if America had been (nominally) under British rule
consistently since the 17th century - of course. Do you mean would America
agree to rejoining Britian in the mid-19th century, of course not. For a
mid-19th century America under a monarch, you need a late-18th century
(pre-1776) POD.
