and compare the series of "lucky" events that accompanied Hitler's
choices of methods until he reached the level that even luck couldn't
justify. Bold conquerors do well up to a point, they need to know
where and when that point arrives in order to not make that mistake.

There is a wonderful little short story about a man who finds a book
that tells him what to do in each crucial situation. The book has an
ending.
