Well I guess you have the same two options open that I have. If not
too old
of a story, one is to send an
email listing the mistakes and hope they take action. And the second
is to
write a story about the Wired story and post it to the Internet. There
is a good
chance that more eyes would read your story in sci newsgroups than
those people
who read it from the magazine itself.

I do not know what the laws are regarding the application of
correcting a mistake
in printed material. Whether they are forced to add the mistakes to a
Correction Column such as in the Wall Street Journal.
